This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Burgerlove Australia Pty Ltd (“Burgerlove”), controlled and operated in the State of Victoria, Australia, and how we collect information from you when you visit and use Burgerlove websites, mobile or tablet applications, or other on-line services or platforms (“Services”). This Privacy Policy only applies to those Services operated by or for Burgerlove.

Burgerlove does not generally require your personal information to visit and use the Services. For each visitor to or user of Burgerlove Services, Burgerlove Web server automatically recognises and stores computer-readable information such as the visitor’s IP address and domain name combination. We have no control over how such third-party websites collect or use personal information, and we have no responsibility for any personal information you provide or content you post on such third-party websites. Credit Card Purchases
Burgerlove may ask you to provide a credit card number in order to purchase a product. Credit card transactions are processed by a third-party professional payment authorisation service selected by Burgerlove to provide added security and reliability. Only the purchase price and the credit card information provided by you are supplied to this third-party service. Information collected during credit card transactions is maintained in the service’s database for accounting and billing purposes and is not released to third parties. Burgerlove does not maintain a copy of your credit card information on its servers and will not use your credit card information for any purpose other than processing your order.

Security
Burgerlove takes great care in maintaining the security of your personal information and in preventing its unauthorised access by employing appropriate technology and internal procedures. Request to Remove Posts by Minors
If you are under age 18 and you posted content on one of Burgerlove Services that you no longer want anyone to see, you can send a request to Contact Us” page at www.burgerlove.com.au. Please use “Personal Information for Minor” in subject line and Burgerlove to remove that content. This provision only applies to Burgerlove Services and does not apply to any websites operated by third parties that may have content related to Burgerlove and its Services. Also, this provision only applies to content that you post yourself and does not apply to content posted by third parties, even if it refers to you.

Use and Disclosure of Anonymous Aggregated Information
Burgerlove may collect, aggregate, and maintain anonymous information about our Services’ users, such as interests, purchasing habits, and the like. Burgerlove may use this information for tailoring content and advertising to deliver a better experience for our users. Burgerlove may also share such aggregate information about the Services’ users with business partners and other third parties for the purposes described above.
